- Passive Enrollment:
Only if you have changes to your enrollments will you need to submit a pre-populated Enrollment Form or Waiver if you are eligible for the first time and decline benefits.

How To Enroll
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by May 23rd. Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to the 2022 plan year if you don't make a new election.
- To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2022, you must make an active election, even if you're already participating in 2021.
